    Why?

Assessing learning is one the most difficult tasks for the educator. Assessing just the outcome is not enough, test scores only reflect the actual learning and process is sometimes more important. Even more important is having students to reflect their own activity and learning and perhaps work on developing themselves in the future. That is why we, besides other traditional assessing methods encourage assessing the group process by observing, collecting data and also the learners self-evaluations.

How?

The teacher can follow the groups Flinga sessions online, and take screenshots or videos. The outcomes of the sessions stay online and can be assessed later. An assessment session can also be collaborative arranged as a Flinga discussion and stored for later.
